Company Form Fields can be customized as per the use case. System generated default fields are added by default, however to rename existing or add new custom fields is also possible using below steps.
New fields (Type: Custom)
- Navigate to My Profile > CRM Settings dashboard > Customization > Company Forms Fields
- Click on “Add New”
- Choose the field type as required under list of options given
- Click next > fill details I.e., “Display name” & Description
- You can choose to update it with all or either of Filterable / Sortable / Required field options
- Click Submit
Note: System generated fields cannot be disabled or kept inactive. Only custom fields added can be deactivated by clicking on Deactivate button
