How to update Product/Service Details?
Product Details, especially price tends to change over time. Also, organizations may choose to pause the sales of certain products to respond to changing market conditions. Kylas CRM provides the leverage to its users to do the same, using the Edit Product/Services option. The article covers the steps to be followed for editing/updating details of a Product & Service based on the latest received information.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with permission to update all Product & Services.
- Product Plans: All
- Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1
Click on the List button under the 'Product & Services' tab in the Admin Dashboard. This will Product & Service to the 'Product & Services List' page. Find the Product & Service to be edited from the list, either manually scrolling down or by using the filters.
Step 2
Click on the Product/Service to open the 'Edit Product & Service Form'.
Step 3
Fill in the new details of the Product or Service/ update existing details in the 'Edit Product & Service' form.
Step 4
After filling in the Product & Service details in step 3, click on the Save button. Then, a success message will be presented; after which the user will be directed to the page, where the updated details of the Product/Service will be displayed.
