How to access in-app notifications in Kylas CRM?

This article covers the details about accessing in-app notifications in Kylas CRM.

  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1 
When you login to Kylas, you will be able to view a bell icon. The number next to the bell icon displays the number of unread notifications.



Step 2   
Click on the Bell icon to view the list of notifications.




Step 3
Click on any of the notification tile to navigate to the entity associated with the Notification.




Step 4
Unread notification will have a blue left border. You can mark a notification as read by clicking on the circle which appears while hovering through the notification tile.




Step 5 
You can clear a notification by clicking on the cross icon on the individual notification tile.



Step 6 You can also clear entire list of notifications in 1 shot, but before the same all the notifications should be marked as read. Check the image below for more details:






To turn on-off the in app notifications, go to the URL section at the top, click on the '' lock icon" , select the toggle option present.


All the notifications will be auto-deleted in the interval of 7 days.
