In Kylas CRM, each deal can contain one or more products, allowing you to define the exact items or services being sold to the customer. This ensures accurate revenue forecasting and helps teams maintain clarity on what’s included in each deal.
You can add multiple products inside a deal using the Products & Services section in the deal edit mode.
Before adding products to a deal, ensure:
User must have "Create" and "Update" access on Deals
User must have "Read All" access on Products & Services
Without these permissions, users will not be able to view or add products to a deal.
Log in to your Kylas CRM account
Go to the Deals section from the left-side navigation panel
Select the deal where you want to add products
Click Edit on the top-right corner
This will open the editable deal form.
Inside the Edit Deal form:
Scroll to the Products & Services section
You will see the Add New button beside the section
Click Add New
A new product row will appear
Select the product from the dropdown list
Every time you click Add New, a fresh row will appear allowing you to add multiple products one after another.
For each product row added, you can specify:
Quantity — number of units
Price — per-unit price
Tax — applicable tax percentage
Once all products are added:
Review the items
Click Save
Your deal will now display all selected products under the "Products & Services" section.
