How to connect Razorpay with Kylas CRM?

Razorpay is a leading payment gateway available in the market. Razorpay - Payment links generation app helps Kylas users to connect their Razorpay account with Kylas and generate the payment links from Kylas sale CRM itself.

Kylas users can connect their Razorpay account and generate payment links from Kylas Sales itself. Kylas users can send the links via SMS and Email to the Leads or Contacts. Users can also setup certain actions that needs to be performed once a payment link has been successfully paid.

Prerequisites 

  1. Permissions:  Any user with access to the Kylas account API key or Access to Kylas  Marketplace.
  2. Product Plans: Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps to install:

Step 1: Click on ‘Install’ button on the marketplace app listing page





Step 2: Login to your Kylas account on the next page


Step 3: Click ‘Allow and Install’ on the next page



Step 4: Once installed, sign up on the Razorpay - Payment link generation application with any email id.
verify your email id and sign in


Setup Razorpay account:

Step 1: Navigate to "Installed Apps" section under Kylas Marketplace

Step 2: Click on "View Details" button in front of the Razorpay - Payment link generation application



Step 3: Navigate to the "API Keys" section

Step 4: Enter the Kylas API key that can be found under CRM Settings Dashboard > Integrations > API key > Copy to clipboard



Step 5: Enter the API key Click on "Save"


Step 6: Navigate to "Connected Accounts" section in installed apps



Step 7: Click on "Add Connected Account" button



Step 8: Choose vendor as Razorpay



Step 9: Enter ‘Key id’ and ‘Key Secret’ that can be found here



Step 10: Click on "Active/Enabled" checkbox and Save the details



Add after payment activities


Note: This step is not mandatory but can be used in case you need to perform below actions listed

Step 1: Navigate to 'connected Accounts' section of the application and Click on "After payment actions"



Step 2: Click on "Add Payment Actions" button

Step 3: Choose the 'Event' and Action to be performed. For example, Update Deal pipeline stage



Step 4: You can add multiple such actions and the app will check which pipeline is attached to the Deal and update the stage accordingly



Setup webhook in Razorpay

Step 1: After successfully connecting your account

Step 2: Navigate to the "Connected Account" menu

Step 3: You will see a webhook URL

Step 4: Copy the URL and paste it on the Razorpay webhook section with following events selected, in this case select payment_link.paid


Step 5:  Once you setup the webhook in Razorpay with the selected event. Razorpay will start sending events and the Payment link generation app will be able to perform the after payment actions that you have selected in the earlier steps
