How to connect to a WhatsApp account?
Prerequisites:
- Plan Type: To access Native Business WhatsApp, you need to have Elevate Plan with Add-on - WhatsApp Business.
- Profile Permissions: When I've "Read All" and "Update All" permission on WhatsApp Business in Communication management then only you'll be able to access Business Native WhatsApp in Productivity section.

You should have "Read All" and "Update All" permission WhatsApp Business.
Step 1:
When you have to connect WhatsApp Account in Kylas, Login to your Kylas account using kylas.io., after login to your account you'll direct to the "Dashboard" page.
Step 2:
You have login to your account, then to Connect Business WhatsApp account, Go to WhatsApp Business drop-down -> Go to Account Details in it, then you'll find Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account to Kylas, Now you can connect WhatsApp Business Account.
Step 3:
If you don't have your own WhatsApp Business Account, then create your WhatsApp Business Account using this article Set up a WhatsApp Business account in Inbox in Meta Business Suite.
If you've your WhatsApp Business Account, then you directly connect your account here by clicking on CTA - "Connect WhatsApp" button in Account Details, while clicking need to ensure you check the checkbox for "WhatsApp Terms and Conditions". Once you click on the Connect WhatsApp one Facebook pop-up will appear.
Step 4:
After Clicking on Connect WhatsApp Facebook pop-up will appear to login credentials. Once you put your email/phone no. and password then you'll have to click on "Log in". Once you login, your account gets connected. you can find connected Account in "Account Details" tab.
