How to create a pipeline for tracking Leads?
Pipeline enables an organization to track the performance of the sales teams and forecast the future revenue. It also helps salespersons to prioritize the leads and focus their efforts on the most important leads. This article covers the steps for creating a pipeline in the CRM for tracking the progress of leads.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with access to Control Center along with the permission to Create Pipelines.
- Product Plans: All
- Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1
Click on the Manage Pipeline option under the 'Customizations' tab in the admin dashboard. This will lead to the page displaying the list of pipelines.
Step 2
Click on the 'Add' button on the top right corner of the page to open the Pipeline Creation form.
Step 3
Type the pipeline name in the form and click on the 'Save' button. This will create the pipeline and direct the user to the 'Edit pipeline' page.
Admin needs to activate the pipeline to make it available for attaching with the leads.
