How to create multi dimensional reports in Kylas CRM?


Along with some off-the-shelf reports, Kylas CRM also provides users with the provision to create multidimensional reports. This article explains the procedure for creating a multi-dimensional reports in Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with permission to Create Reports and Read access on required entity.
  2. Product Plans: Embark/Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1
Click on the 'Create New Report' button on the Reports listing page.

Step 2
Insert the Report name and description.



Step 3
Select the report type as Multi-Dimensional


Step 4 
Select Report parameters.


  1. Entity Type: The entity about which the report is to be made (Lead/ Deal/ Call logs/Tasks).
  2. Chart Type: User can choose the visualization style (bar chart, table)
Step 5
Select the date range and add the filters required in the report.


Step 6
Select the dimensions and metrics.


Step 7
Click on the 'Generate Preview' button to verify the Report.


Step 8
  Click on the 'Save' button to complete the Report.
