How to Delete an Email or Email conversation from Kylas?
This article covers the steps to delete the email conversation from Kylas.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with Delete/Delete All on Emails and Read and special access of Emails on Required Entity
- Product Plans: All
Steps:
Step 1:
Login to Kylas Sales CRM and navigate to any of the Lead or Contact details page.

Step 2:
Click on the Email icon available on the productivity section on the right hand side of the page as shown below

Step 3:
Click on the overflow menu shown with each of the Email conversations

Step 4:
Click on the Delete button shown in the options
Click on the Delete button shown in the options
Click 'Delete' button on the warning pop up shown
The email conversation will be deleted permanently after the above operation.

You can also delete an email or the conversation from the conversation delete page as shown below
