How to export records from Kylas?
This article will walk you through the steps to export different types of Records available on CRM
Records can be of different types, as listed below
- Lead
- Deal
- Contact
- Company
- Call
- Meeting
- Task
Prerequisites
Permission: Any user having Create permission on Data export, and Read access on required entity
Product Plan: Embark/Elevate
Activities to be completed: None
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to CRM Settings > Dashboard > Data Management
Step 1 (a): Click on Data Exports button
Step 1 (b): Click on Export
Step 2: Choose the type of record to be exported from the drop down list
Steps to export any record remains the same throughout
Step 3: For example, let's try to export record type as "Meeting"
Step 4: After selecting desired filters (if required) > Click on "Export Now"
Step 5: Upon successful export, system will prompt status under notification bell icon or on Exports page UI as a link to download Excel
