How to integrate Kylas CRM with your Indiamart account to capture leads?

This article covers the steps for integrating your Indiamart account with Kylas CRM to automatically fetch leads generated in Indiamart and store them in your Kylas CRM account.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with access to the Kylas account api-key.
  2. Product Plans: Explore & Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1
  1. Navigate to the following url - https://indiamart.integrations.kylas.io/users/sign_up  and create an account using your email-id.



  1. Once you have completed filling the details in the screen above, then click on the Signup For Free button.
  2. Then an email will be sent to your registered email id as shown below. Click on the Verify button to complete the signup process.


Step 2
Once the signup process is completed, login to the app using your registered email-id and password.



Step 3
On the landing page, paste the Kylas CRM account api-key.




Step 4
  1. Once your api-key is validated you will see the 2 new sections on the app as shown below:

  1. Navigate to the Integration settings section and enter the details required for your integration. The mobile number and api-key associated with your Indiamart account are mandatory for this integration.


Step 5
Once you are done with step 4, the leads associated with your Indiamart account will start showing in your Kylas CRM account. Also, you can see the logs of all the leads sent from Indiamart to Kylas in the Lead log section on Kylas Indiamart App as shown below:
