How to integrate Kylas CRM with your Trade India account to capture leads?


This article covers the steps for integrating your Trade India account with Kylas CRM to automatically fetch leads generated in Trade India and store them in your Kylas CRM account.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with access to the Kylas account API key.
  2. Product Plans: Explore & Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1
  1. Navigate to the following URL - https://tradeindia.integrations.kylas.io/users/sign_up  and create an account using your email-id. Or Navigate to Kylas marketplace > In All apps option select Trade India,> Click on Install App.



Or



  1. Once you have completed filling in the details in the screen above, then click on the Sign Up for Free button.
  2. Then an email will be sent to your registered email id as shown below. Click on the Verify button to complete the signup process.

Step 2
Once the signup process is completed, log in to the app using your registered email id and password.



Step 3
On the landing page, paste the Kylas CRM account API key.




Step 4
  1. Once your API key is validated you will see a landing page in which you need to enter details from your Trade India account like User ID, Profile ID, and Trade India API key.
  2. Select vendor and source as Trade India and click on the Save button.


How to find details in the Trade India account- Log in to the Trade India account > Go to My profile > Go to Inquiries & Contacts option > click on My Inquiry API., there you will get a User ID, Profile ID, and API key.

Step 5
Once you are done with step 4, the leads associated with your Trade India account will start showing in your Kylas CRM account. Also, you can see the logs of all the leads sent from Trade India to Kylas in the Lead log section on Kylas Trade India App as shown below:
