Step 3: Add Agents
Once the account is connected, you will need to add the agent detail from the 'View Agents' button available in the Action column corresponding to the added operator row.
Click on the 'View Agents' and you will see two fields on the screen as below.
User:- Select the Kylas user from the drop-down
Mcube User ID:- Enter the 10-digit number of the agent from Mcube
How to get the Mcube Agent's 10-digit number:- To get the Mcube agent/User's 10-digit number, you will need to login to the Mcube, go to the 'Employees' from the side menu and select 'List Employees' and copy the number of the corresponding user, and past it in the 'Mcube User Id' field under the Manage User tab
Step 4: How to Make an Outbound Call
Once the account is connected and user/agents are mapped, the Kylas CRM user will be able to make the Outbound call by simply going to the Lead listing or detail page, clicking on the 'Click to Call' button, and selecting the Mcube operator to make an outbound call.
The process of the outbound call is very simple, once the user clicks on the 'Click to Call' button and selects the Mcube the call will be directed to the agent's number followed by the end customer's number.
Step 5: How to Get Outbound Call Logs
Getting the Outbound calls is very simple since there is nothing to do manually, under the 'Connected Account' a Hangup link is generated which will automatically be used as an API key parameter and all the Outbound calls will be available under the 'Call Logs' tab.
Step 6: How to Get the Inbound Call Logs
To get the Inbound call logs you will need to copy the Hang-up URL and past it in the Mcube's respective group.
6.1: Where to Past the Hang-up URL
Once you copy the Hang-up URL, log in to the Mcube from the side menu select the 'Mcube Track' then 'Groups' and select 'List Groups' then click on the 'Action' button drop-down to edit the group and past the URL in the 'On Hangup' field and save the updates.
