How to integrate My Operator with Kylas?
This article covers the steps that need to be performed in order to integrate My Operator with Kylas CRM.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with access to the Kylas account API key
- Product Plans: Explore & Elevate
- Activities to be Completed: Install the caller app
Step 1:
Once you install and verify your account, you will be landing on the following page where you need to enter the kylas API key and check the options according to your requirements,i.e, when syncing a call, a lead/contact should be created.
Once done, navigate to manage users and send invites to all the users by entering the mentioned details same as entered into Kylas users.
Step 3:
Click on "Add connected account" and select vendor as My Operator, then continue with adding your My Operator details.
Note: My operator API key & API Secret will be visible in the 'API Settings' section of My Operator.
Public IVR ID will only be available if you have an Outgoing subscription to the My Operator account., and you can connect with the My operator support team for the same.

Step 4:
Once details are added, they will be visible under the 'connected accounts' section of Kylas Caller.
Step 5:
Click on View Agents.
Step 6:
Now click on Add agent and map User with My Operator user and click on save.
Step 7:
Once the agents are mapped and added you will be getting "Agent hangup" and "Agent Incoming call" URL.
You have to paste those URLs into the webhook section of My operator account.
"Agent hangup" will be mapped with 'After call' in My operator & "Agent incoming call" will be mapped with 'In call' in My operator.
Note:- Go to the Manage section of My Operator account > Click on integration> go to webhook > Click on add webhook and select the option which you want to add.
