How to integrate property portal app with Kylas CRM?
This article covers the steps for integrating your Property portal account with Kylas CRM to automatically fetch leads generated in the Property portal and store them in your Kylas CRM account.
Pre-requisites:
- Permissions: Any user with access to Kylas account API key
- Plans: Elevate
- Activities to be completed: Install the Property portal app
Steps:
1) Once you log in to your kylas account with your credentials, navigate to kylas marketplace and install the Property portal app.
2) You have to log in with your kylas credentials once again, after that it will ask you to allow and install.
3) It will ask you to do a fresh sign-up, post that, you will get a verification link in your email id and need to verify the same.
2 After successful verification, go to view details of property portal integration
3) After clicking on "view details", the following page will be appearing wherein you need to enter the API key.

3) Now, click on the connected accounts.
When you click on "Add Vendor", the vendor names will auto-populate in the dropdown with whom we have integration available
If your portal supports a webhook facility, click on pusher integration and if the vendor supports API requests, click on puller integration.
If any vendor is missing, you can connect with our support team to check the feasibility.
4) Map the kylas fields with Vendor fields as per your requirements.
5) If the vendor is a pusher, the webhook URL needs to be shared with their team and they will configure it from their end
If the vendor is a puller, the leads will be automatically fetched in the CRM every 30 Minutes
