Permissions: Any user with update permission on Task and special permission of task on required entity.
Product Plans: Embark/Elevate
Activities to be Completed: None
Step-by-step process
Profile permission can be given as Basic access (Read, Update) and Administrative access as (Read All and Update All) for rescheduling task
1.) Click the Task button (to create a task) or hover your cursor over the button and this will redirect to the page where task list has been displayed.
2.)This property help in customizing the task you create by clicking on 3 dots and select the option as reschedule.
3.)You can reschedule the task by changing the date and time that matches your requirement. Here you can configure task types (calls, follow-up, reminder, to do etc.) in your account.
4.)This feature helps you to modify date,time,type and change the priority of task.
5.)You can access tasks from dashboard as well as task listing page
Task option will be available on following entities-Leads, Deals, Contacts
