How to view email conversations associated with leads/contacts/deals in Kylas CRM?
This article covers the steps to be followed and the pre-requisites for viewing emails associated with leads/contact/deals in Kylas CRM.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with special access (email) to Leads/Contacts/Deals.
- Product Plans: Embark/Elavate
- Activities to be Completed: Connect Gmail Account with Kylas CRM.
Steps
Step 1
Login to Kylas and Navigate to any Lead/Contact details page. Click on the email icon on the right side of Lead/Contact/Deal details page.
The email icon will be visible only if the user has special access (email) to the selected Lead/Contact.
Step 2
After step 1, the list of conversations associated with the selected entity (Lead/Deal/Contact) will be displayed on the screen.
Step 3
Click on any conversation to open the conversation viewer. The conversation viewer will display all the emails related to the selected conversation in the descending order of the sent time.
Step 4
Click on any message to expand the same and read the content. Clicking on an expanded message will collapse the same.
