Workflow rules in Kylas CRM, are a set of actions that are executed when certain conditions are met. Kylas allows you to send automated WhatsApp messages through a marketplace application- Interakt to your exiting customer base ie. contacts via setting a workflow.
Prerequisites
Permissions: Any user with access to Create or Update workflows and special access of messages on required entity. Interakt should be installed and configured with Kylas.
Product Plans: Elevate
Activities to be Completed: Send automated whatsApp messages through workflow.
1) Log in to your Kylas account and navigate to the CRM settings.
2) Select Automations Module > Workflows > Add a Workflow.
3) It will redirect you to create a new workflow. Follow the below steps to build a new one.
a) Define the Name of the Workflow, description if required.
b) Select the Entity type as - Contact
c) Set action type and trigger preference - This has two categories to it - Immediate and Delayed action. Choose the required action type and the associated trigger preference. - For reference - "We have selected when a contact is created." This means whenever a contact is created ,set workflow should trigger.
d) Choose the conditions you require . For reference we have here selected "All contacts". As a result this workflow would trigger for every contact created in the CRM.
e) Under Set Actions to be performed - Choose Marketplace Actions along with send WA message.
Click on send WA message - It will ask you to sign in to the Interakt Marketplace app. Click on Interakt's display pop up and proceed. It will prompt you to select a template in order to send a message.
Note - You will be able to track the message delivery status if the message has been Sent, Failed or Read. Sent will notify you with one single tick in grey, Undelivered message would have the red alert as an exclramatory mark and seen will notify you with two blue ticks.
