How to send payment link using Razorpay?

Kylas users can send the links via SMS and Email to the Leads or Contacts. Users can also setup certain actions that needs to be performed once a payment link has been successfully paid. This article will covers steps to generate payment link.

Payment links generation app helps Kylas users to connect their Razorpay account with Kylas and generate the payment links from Kylas sale CRM itself.

Prerequisites: Razorpay marketplace app should be installed 

  1. Permissions:  Basic access & Administrative access with Read/Read all Permission on Deal/Lead
  2. Product Plans: Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: Send a Payment Link 

Steps

Step 1: Once you have installed and setup the Razorpay - Payment link generation application, Navigate to Kylas Marketplace > Click on Razorpay App 



Step 2: Navigate to the Kylas Sales - Lead or Deal details page



Step 3: Click on the "More actions" > Click on "Generate Payment Link" action




Step 4: Fill the required details & Click on "Create Payment Link"



Step 6: The Razorpay payment link will be generated and a Note is created on the selected entity with the link, id, amount and time the link is created

Step 7: You can also view the link by clicking on ‘View payment links’

Step 8: You can also ‘Resend’ or ‘Cancel’ the already generated payment link

After payment action



Once a user pay the amount  by the payment links, A Note is created on the entity with a success message also the selected after payment actions are performed automatically by the application

where to find API key?
Navigate to CRM settings dashboard > Integration > API key > Click on Copy to clipboard option
