How to send the Template WhatsApp message to any Lead or Contact?

Prerequisites:
Plan: Elevate. Add-on - WhatsApp Business.
Your WhatsApp Business account should be connected.


Profile Permissions:
  1. WhatsApp Business > Administrative Access > "Read All" & "Update All".
  2. WhatsApp Template > "Read" & "Read All" permission to access templates created by other users as well. 
  3. The person who has read all permission on WhatsApp and conversation can also send the message.

Step 1:
Now to send the message on Lead/Contact, Go to Lead/Contact section. Search lead or any lead detail in search bar. Then you will find the lead on which you want to message.





Step 2:
To message on the lead/contact, just click on that Lead/Contact. After Clicking the Lead/Contact, you'll able to see the details of that Lead/Contact.




Step 3:
To open the conversation on that lead/contact, just click on the WhatsApp Business icon on the right side of the productivity section. After clicking on the WhatsApp icon you'll find conversation section on the Lead/Contact. As there is no Conversation with the Lead, so you will find “No Conversation Found”.



Step 4:
Now, to send template message just click on the “+” sign to attach template. If your session is inactive then you’ll only able to send template messages only with limited attempts just to maintain healthy ecosystem engagement with leads.
Your Session will remain Inactive until and unless your Lead reverts to your message and that session will remain Active for 24 Hrs. only after the lead message. It will be “Inactive Session” after 24 Hrs. It is rolling session, so that if any lead/contact gives reply then 24 hours will be counted after the reply.
In Active session you can send as many messages as you can to your lead/contact.




Step 5:
Now, to send Template message, just select template from Templates which will appear in the drop-down. either search the template name or scroll to choose the template, then you'll be able to see preview of that template.



Step 6:
To send the template on any lead/contact, just select template, see preview of that template and then you want to send the message on the lead/contact, then just click on the "Send" button. After clicking on the send message will get sent.






Step 7:
After sending template, will get reach to the Lead then you’ll will find ‘double-tick’ on that message. and if that message got read by that lead/contact then it will display 'Blue double-tick'.






Step 8:
Now to switch to the different conversation, click on the drop-down on that existing conversation number then you'll find number of Contacts available on that Lead/Contact. Accordingly, you can select which conversation you have to switch on or start. Click on the current conversation number drop-down and you'll able to see connected accounts and select the number/conversation that you want to switch.
