Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Productivity management>>Basic Access: Toggle on Read, Create and Update  & Administrative Access: Read All and Update All.
  2. Product Plans: All
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Step by step process

Productivity tools can be available for 4 entities Leads, Deals, Companies and Contacts.

Lead Entity

1.) Navigate to CRM Dashboard>>Leads>>Lead Listing Page>>Select any specific lead.


2.) Click on any Lead>>productivity tools>>select any productivity tools and performs action.

Notes- A way to add key points to your presentation.
Tasks- Task can be created according to the requirement of your business.
Meetings-Meeting can be aligned by the sales professional in the scheduler and providing the information.
Emails- Emails can be configured in kylas using the option as Gmail, Outlook and others.
Messages- Whatsapp and text messages can be send using phone number.
Call logs-  For call logs enter your phone number.
Documents-  Document can be uploaded using productivity tools.



Deal Entity

1.) Navigate to CRM Dashboard>>Deals>>Deal Listing Page>>Select any specific deal.
