January 2021 Release

In this release, Kylas team brings you the Workflows and Emails. Workflows will empower the Kylas users to automate standard repetitive tasks. The introduction of the Email module will enable users to connect their Gmail account with Kylas and send emails to their leads and contacts.

Workflows

The following capabilities will be provided by this module in this release:
  1. Automate Standard Tasks: Create workflows that trigger on events like Lead Creation or Updation and performs tasks like reassignment or Lead property updates.
  2. Webhooks - Send data to an external application using webhooks via workflows.
  3. Conditions - Set conditions for workflow actions in order to filter the records on which the automation needs to be applied.

Emails

The following capabilities will be provided by this module in this release:
  1. Connect Gmail Account
  2. Send Emails - Send emails to your leads and contacts from Kylas App through the connected Gmail account.
  3. Receive Emails - View emails send by leads/contacts to your connected Gmail account in Kylas App.
