1. Once you log into Kylas account, go on Settings:
2. Click on Goals appearing on the left panel
3. Below window will pop up where you will be asked to sign up for the trial. Now click on the checkbox agreeing to the terms and conditions and then click on start trial. You can sign up for a free 60-days trial program where you can basically set, track and monitor your sales goals.After the trial period, you will need to purchase monthly add-ons to continue using this feature.
You can create first 50 goals for INR 2500/month. The subsequent 50 goals will be charged at INR 1000/month.
4. Once you click on trial, you have to click on create new to start creating goals for your team.
5. Now you need to start setting goals for your team. Currently, we can set goals on deal entity.
- Goals: You have to enter for whom you want to create the Goals
- Metric: There are various parameters on which you can measure your Goals.
- Date filter: You can setup filters on date on basis of which you want to monitor your goals
- Interval: You can setup frequency for the goals created like "Daily, Weekly, Quarterly or Annually"
- Here, We are creating goals for every "owner" and the "sum of actual values" that they have generated for a specific product.
- Sum of actual values basically implies the summation of the total amount at which the deal has been closed.
Once done with entering the details , click on next.
6. Now you can start setting goals for each owner. If there are specific users for whom you want to create goals , you can check the boxes as shown in the following gif. If the goal is same for all users, just multi select the users and enter the goal amount and click on copy to all.
7. You can also set total goal which the users can achieve as a team.
After clicking on next, you will be shown a preview of the goal that has been created. Now click on create goal.
