How is user verification done in Kylas Crm?
The article covers the steps to be followed by a user to complete his verification process. The user verification process will be initiated after the User Creation process. Once a user account is successfully created by the admin in the Kylas CRM, an email containing the confirmation link is sent to the registered email id.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user whose account has been created in the CRM with an e-mail id.

Steps
Step 1
Once a user is created by the admin, he receives a welcome e-mail from Kylas. Click on the account activation button in the e-mail to iniate the account verification process.

Step 1 will direct the user top a page for setting password. Type the password and click on 'Submit' button.

After step 2, user will be directed to the login page. Enter email-id and the newly set password to login to the CRM.
