Smart List are filtering conditions that can be saved by a user for later use. There will be many filters which will be used very frequently by the sales people. The leads which are open, leads created by a specific user, Contacts created in last 30 days etc. are some examples of common filters used repeatedly by sales people. User can save such filters by leveraging the Smart Llists feature available in Kylas CRM, and reuse them with new data created in the system as well. For example, you create a filter displaying the list of leads created by a specific team member in last 30 days as a smart list; on 1st Jan 2021. When you create the smart list, the leads created by the team member in December 2020 will be displayed; but when you access the same on 31st Jan 2021, leads created in Jan 2021 will be displaye.
