What are the different triggers available in Kylas for workflow?
Triggers are the set of events that take place in the system based on which a workflow starts its execution. There are two types of Event-based triggers available in Kylas:
User has the ability to choose trigger based on both Immediate and delayed action.
- When a Record is Created: This triggers the workflow whenever a Record is created in Kylas through any medium i.e. in-app Add form, Website integrated Lead capture form or import via CSV.
- When a Record is Updated: This triggers the workflow whenever a Record is updated in Kylas i.e. any update in the property, pipeline stage change, or reassignment.
