Kylas is a saas based CRM  which is developed, maintained and owned by K2V2 TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

A CRM is primarily a centralized database for recording, organizing and processing data related to a company's sales activities. The major functions of a CRM include:
  1. Storing & Organizing details of leads, contacts, deals etc.
  2. Providing easy access to the stored information.
  3. Provide effective mechanisms to measure the sales performance, along with insightful reports.
  4. Ensuring the leads/deals/contacts are tracked efficiently to improve the sales performance.
