How to create a custom Dashboard in Kylas CRM?

This article covers the steps to be followed and the pre-requisites for creating custom dashboards in Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with create permission on Dashboards Module and read permission on  Lead/ Contact/ Deal/COmpany/Call Logs/ Meetings
  2. Product Plans: Elevate.
  3. Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1 
Login to Kylas CRM. You will see default Dashboard on the landing page.



Step 2  
Click on the Create New button to open the template builder.



Step 3
Click on the Add New Dashlet option to add a new dashlet.



Step 4
Select the type of dashlet and the entity type on the Dashlet picker screen.

Step 5 
Once the dashlet has been selected click on the Add button on the dashlet preview screen to add the dashlet to the dashboard.



Step 6
Once the necessary dashlets are added, click on the Save button to complete the creation of the Dashboard.
