How to set up Dashlets (Smart List / Reports)

There are currently 3 types of Dashlets supported in custom dashboards feature provided by Kylas CRM. They are:

This article covers the steps to be followed to set up custom Dashlet.

Prerequisites

Permissions: Any user with create permission on Dashboards Module

Product Plans: Elevate

Activities to be Completed: None

Step 1: Navigate to "Create New" button on CRM dashboard

Step 2: You can choose to name it as required, click on "Add Dashlet"

Step 3: On adding required Dashlet & Entity > Click on Next > Choose type of data to display > Click Add

Step 4: Once added you can choose from dropdown to view customized Dashboard

Step 5: There is provision to set custom Dashboard as Primary, steps listed below

Choose custom Dashboard > Click on Gear Icon > Mark as Primary
