How to cancel a scheduled meeting in Kylas CRM?
This article covers the steps to be followed for canceling a meeting scheduled using Kylas CRM.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Need to be the meeting organizer , special permission to create/Update a meeting on Lead/ Deal/ Contact/Company
- Product Plans: Embark/Elevate
- Activities to be Completed: Schedule a meeting
Steps
Step 1
Click on the meeting to be canceled from the meetings List. This will open a dialog box as shown in the image below:
Step 2
Click on the 'Yes' button to cancel the meeting. Clicking on 'No' button will abort the cancellation.
