Step 1(a)
Click on the 'Add a Meeting' button on the 'Meetings' listing page. This will open the 'Add Meeting' form.
Step 1(b)
Click on the '+' button on the top right corner of the page. This will open the 'Add Meeting' form.
Step 2
Insert the meeting title and set the date and time of the meeting. By default, the timezone configured in the user's account will be auto-selected, but user has the liberty to change the same.
Step 3
Add invitees for the meeting. Only the entities present in Kylas CRM can be added to the invitees list. However, external email-ids can be added to the invitees list by creating a contact within the Add Meeting form.
Only the contacts and leads for which a user has meeting permission will available for selection, when user performs search on the invitees list section.
Step 4
Click on the 'Related To' drop down, if the meeting has to be associated with any specific entity (Lead/Contact/Deal). When a meeting is associated with an entity (Lead/Deal/Contact), then the user will be able to view the meeting, on the meetings section of the Entity (Lead/Deal/Contact) Details.
When a lead/contact is added to the invitees list, the meeting gets automatically associated with the specific lead/contact and they will be auto-populated in the 'Related To' section.
All the user's invited to the meeting get Read access to all the entities associated with the meeting.
Step 5. User also has the option to select the medium of the meeting.
Step 6.
Click on the Save button to complete the meeting scheduling process. Once a meeting is scheduled all the invitees of the meeting get a system-generated invite email.
The meeting details page shows displays the meeting details along with the RSVP status of the participants.
