How to check the Leads that failed to sync from facebook Lead generation?

This article covers the steps to follow in order to check the Leads that failed to sync in Kylas from Facebook Lead generation.

Prerequisites

1. Permissions:  Any user with access to the Kylas account api-key.
   
2. Product Plans: Explore & Elevate
   
3. Activities to be Completed: None
   

Step 1

1. Login to the Kylas Facebook Lead generation app 
   
2. Navigate to the 'Failed Leads' section 
   
1. You will be able to see all the Leads that failed to sync from Facebook to Kylas
   
3. Click on ‘Retry’ in order to sync manually
   

Step 2

Navigate to Lead Ads Testing section on the Facebook Developers page.

Step 3

Login with your Facebook account.

Step 4

Choose the Facebook page and form that you want to test

Step 5

Click on ‘Create Lead’

Step 6

Click on the ‘Track status’ button to see if there are any errors.
