How to integrate facebook lead generation campaign with Kylas?

This article covers the steps to integrate a Facebook lead generation campaign with Kylas in order to capture Leads in Kylas automatically.

Prerequisites

  1. Permissions:  Any user with access to the Kylas account api-key.
  2. Product Plans: Explore & Elevate
  3. Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1
  1. Navigate to Kylas Facebook Lead Generation App
  2. Sign up using any valid email id



Step 2
Activate your account by clicking on the link received in email inbox


Login on  https://facebook.integrations.kylas.io  with the set credentials 

Step 3
  1. Enter your Kylas sales CRM account API key
  2. And Click 'Submit' 

Step 4
  1. After entering your Kylas API key, click on 'Facebook Settings' 
  2. Connect your Facebook account from which the campaigns are running 


  1. Give access to all Facebook pages from which you want to generate Leads 
  2. Please make sure that the admin of the Facebook page(s) you are selecting has given you permission to connect CRM (You can check the permission granted here

Step 5
  1. Go to 'Forms' section of Kylas Facebook lead generation app
  2. You should be able to see all the Facebook pages and corresponding forms available with the pages that you have selected  
  3. Choose Source and Campaign (Not mandatory) and click ‘Add’  



  1. Your Leads will start syncing immediately
