Prerequisites

To create a task for any deal, ensure the following permissions are enabled for your user profile:

  • Update Deal Access

  • Task Access (Create and Update permissions)

If any of these permissions are missing, you may not be able to add a task.

Steps to Create a Task in a Deal

Follow these steps to create a task in a deal:

  1. Log in to Kylas CRM using your credentials.

  2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Deals.

  3. The deal listing page will open.

  4. Open the required deal by clicking on its name.

  5. On the extreme right side, locate the Productivity Tools panel.

  6. Click on the Tasks section.

  7. Hit the Add Task button.

  8. Fill in the required task details:

    • Task Name

    • Due Date & Time

    • Task Type such as Follow-up, Reminder, etc.

    • Reminder 

  9. Click on Add to save the task.

Your task is now successfully created and linked to the deal.
