How to Download and Send the Quotation over Email in Kylas CRM?

This article will guide the user on how the quotation can be sent over email and downloaded from the Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites
  1. Permission: Any user with Create and/or Update permission for Quotation under the Order Management and Special Access for Email on Quotation
  2. Product Plan: Embark/Elevate
  3. Activities to be completed: An email account to be connected

Step 1: Send Quotation Over Email from Kylas CRM
Once you create a quotation and save it, you can also view the quotation information and the activity performed on it such as 
  1. Quotation Status
  2. Grand Total
  3. Created By & Created At
  4. Updated By & Updated At
  5. Sent At 
  6. Closed At
  7. Related Deal and Contacts
  8. Product or Services detail along with Quantity, Price, Discounts, and Tax
  9. Billing and Shipping Address
When the information is verified and ready to send you can select the Send Over Email option from the drop-down icon on the top right-hand side, when clicked on it an email composer will open and add all contact email IDs to the 'To' field of the email from the quotation itself. You can also add other email addresses to the email in the CC and BCC, you can also select an email template that will auto-fill the email body and subject it as well (You can also check the article on How to Create an Email Template?) and click on Send button.

Step 1.4: Send Quotation from Deals Detail Page



Once clicked on the Send Over Email the rest of the steps are the same as available in Step 1.3 

Step 2: Download the Quotation 
The Quotation is downloaded in PDF format, downloading a quotation is a very simple step and can be downloaded from 3 different places in just 2 clicks. one can be downloaded from the listing page by selecting the download option available under the vertical ellipsis at the end of the quotation row, second from the drop-down available on the detail page of Quotation, and third from the Deal's detail page.
