How to create call logs report
Report is the most important aspect in Kylas CRM. This can be used to analyze your marketing and sales business procedure.

Permissions: Any user with permission to Create Custom Reports.
Product Plans: All
Activities to be Completed: None
Step By Step Process
Profile permission can be given as Basic access (Read, Update, Create) and Administrative access as (Read All and Update All) for call logs report.
1.) Click on reports on the main menu bar, here you will find the predefined reports.
2.) You can customize your report by clicking on create new report tab.
3.) Create report by entering the relevant details. Report can be categorized into leads, deals, companies, tasks, call logs and meetings at a broad level.
4.) Select the entity type as call logs and report can be shown in the form of Bar and Table.
4.) Select the relevant time period by choosing an option as call logged at, call conducted at, updated at.
5.) Click on add new option and select the dimensions as mentioned in the drop down list.
Note-In a report you can add maximum 3 dimensions at a time.
6.) Select the next parameter as Metric and create the new metric.
7.) Select the filter if you want to apply any filter, click on generate preview to check how actually your report looks like and save it.
8.) Saved report can be viewed from report dashboard, by clicking on 3 dots report can be viewed and deleted.
