Prerequisites: 

  1. Permissions:

    • Users must have Create permission for Reports and Read access to the relevant entity.

    • Users must also have Read permission for Goals and Read access to the corresponding entity.

    Product Availability:

    • Available with the Elevate Plan + Add-on.

    Required Actions:

    • The Goal must already be created, and the user should have access to it.

Steps for creating the Goal Vs Achievement Report: 

  1. Step 1: Log in to your Kylas CRM account, navigate to the Reports section, and click on Reports.

  1. Step 2: On the Reports listing page, click on the "Create New Report" button to begin creating a new report.

  1. Step 3: Enter the Report Name and Description, then select "Goal vs Achievement" as the Report Type.

  1. Step 4: Select a Goal from the dropdown list. Alternatively, you can create a new goal by clicking on the “Create New Goal” button.

  1. Step 5: Configure the Report Parameters:

    • Entity Type: Select the entity for which the report should be generated (e.g., Lead, Deal, Call Logs, or Meetings).
    • Chart Type: For a Goal vs Achievement report, only the Donut Chart style is available.


  1. Step 6: Choose the desired date range, apply any necessary filters, and then select the appropriate dimensions and metrics for your report.

  1. Step 7: Add the relevant users to the goal and assign individual targets as needed. Once done, click Save to generate the report.
