You must have Read Access to Deals under your Profile Permissions.
The deals must already exist in your system to apply filters effectively.
Follow the steps below to filter deals based on specific parameters:
Log in to Kylas CRM using your authorized credentials.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Deals section.
The deal listing page will appear.
On the top-right corner, beside the Add button, you will find the Filter icon.
Click on the Filter button.
A filter panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
Select the desired conditions:
Pipeline Stage
Deal Owner
Deal Source
Estimated Value
Created Date / Modified Date
Deal Type or Custom Fields
Any other entity field available
You can apply single or multiple conditions at once.
After setting the conditions, click on Apply Filter.
The system will instantly display deals that match the specified criteria.
You can also save filters as Smart Lists for future use.
