Prerequisites

  • You must have Read Access to Deals under your Profile Permissions.

  • The deals must already exist in your system to apply filters effectively.

Steps to Filter Deals in Kylas

Follow the steps below to filter deals based on specific parameters:

  1. Log in to Kylas CRM using your authorized credentials.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Deals section.

  3. The deal listing page will appear.

  4. On the top-right corner, beside the Add button, you will find the Filter icon.

  5. Click on the Filter button.

  6. A filter panel will appear on the right side of the screen.

  7. Select the desired conditions:

    • Pipeline Stage

    • Deal Owner

    • Deal Source

    • Estimated Value

    • Created Date / Modified Date

    • Deal Type or Custom Fields

    • Any other entity field available
