Step 1: Go to the Deals Module

  • From the Kylas CRM main dashboard, locate and click on the “Deals” tab in the navigation bar.

  • This will take you to the default Deals Listing Page, where deals are shown in a tabular or list format.

Step 2: Switch to Kanban View

  • On the top-right section of the Deals page (near filters or the search bar), you’ll see a “View Type” icon or dropdown.

  • Click on the Kanban View icon (typically shown as stacked cards or columns).

  • The view will now switch from list format to Kanban board format.

Step 3: Understand the Kanban Layout

  • In Kanban view, deals are shown as cards categorized under different deal stages (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost).

  • Each column represents a stage of your sales pipeline.

  • You can visually track your deals as they move across stages.

Step 4: Use Filters (Optional)

  • You can apply filters (e.g., by Owner, Deal Stage, Creation Date, Pipeline, etc.) using the filter bar at the top to view specific deals.

  • This is helpful to narrow down your view to only your deals, or deals from a particular pipeline or status.

Step 5: Take Action from Kanban View

  • You can drag and drop deals from one stage to another directly in Kanban view to update their status.

  • Click on any deal card to open its detailed view where you can:

    • Add notes

    • Update information

    • Add tasks/reminders

    • Log calls/emails

    • Mark as Won/Loss

Step 6: Refresh or Customize View

    • You can click on Refresh or change pipelines from a dropdown (if multiple pipelines are active).

    • Some versions also allow you to customize columns or toggle between pipelines from the Kanban view itself.
