Before sending bulk emails in Kylas CRM, ensure the following:
User Permissions: You must have special access to send emails in the Leads module.
Product Plan: The feature is available only in the Elevate plan.
Email Integration: You need to connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account with Kylas CRM.
Lead Selection: Leads must be selected from the Leads list before initiating the bulk email action.
Log in to your Kylas CRM account.
On the left-hand panel, click on the Leads module.
You will see a list of all your available leads.
Click on the Multi-Select button (top-left of lead list).
The system will auto-select leads based on your current page settings.
Example: If your view is set to 100 results per page, only those 100 leads will be selected.
You may also choose "Select All" to email all filtered leads across pages.
Once your required leads are selected, click the Email icon from the action bar.
This will open up the Email Composer Window.
In the email composer:
The “To” section will auto-fill with the selected leads.
Add your Subject, Body Content, and optionally insert Templates or Personalization Tokens (like name, company, etc.).

Once all details are filled, the Send button becomes active.

📩 A pop-up message will appear once the email has been successfully queued/sent.
To monitor your bulk email status and review delivery reports:
Go to Settings in your Kylas CRM account.
Navigate to Data Management.
Click on Bulk Jobs.
Here, you’ll see a list of all your sent bulk emails.
You can download a CSV Summary File that shows:
Email IDs of recipients
Success and failure status
Any error messages for failed emails
