How to Add Products/Services in Kylas CRM?
This article covers the steps for creating a Product & Services, the dependencies, and pre-requisites for executing the feature, glossary/definition of domain-specific entities associated with the process of creating a Product & Service.
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any user with permission to create products/services.
- Product Plans: All
- Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1
Click on Add button under the 'Product & Services' page.
Step 2
Fill in the details of the new Product/Service in the Product & Service creation form that opens after step 1.
Step 3
After filling in the Product & Service details in step 2, click on the Save button. Then, a success message will be presented; after which the user will be directed to the 'Product & Service list' page, where the new Product/Service records will be displayed.
