Prerequisites

Before editing product properties in runtime, ensure:

  • You have Admin or Sales Executive access in Kylas CRM.

  • Products are already created in the Product module.

  • A Deal or Quotation exists to which products are linked.

  • Pricing structure (if any) and tax settings are configured under Settings > Product & Tax.

  • Custom fields (if used) on the Product are already set up in Settings > Customization.
