How to add Kylas users as 'Field sales executives'?
This article covers the steps to add Kylas users as Field sales
Prerequisites:
Permission: Any user with 'Read All', 'Create', 'Update' permission on 'Field Sales'
Product Plan: Elevate + Field sales Add on
Steps:
1. Login to Kylas web application and navigate to CRM settings -> Field Sales -> Manage executive
2. Click 'Add executive'
3. Choose all users from the list that you would like to add as field sales executive.
Please Note: Field sales is a per user license feature, Please make sure to have sufficient amount of field sales add on quantity on your account. Please contact support@kylas.io for more queries.
4. Click 'Save' button.
The selected users will be added as field sales users they can follow the steps mentioned in How to mark attendance and check in via field sales mobile app
