How to add meetings on company
In this article we will cover how to add meeting from company as a entity, below is steps to cover the topic
Prerequisites
- Permissions: Any User with Basic access to create meetings and read access on company
- Product Plans: All
- Activities to be Completed: None
Steps
Step 1: Click on Companies tab
Step 2: Click on the name of Company where meeting needs to be added / assigned. Click on "Add" button
Step 3: Fill in the meeting details as required with multiple options such as date, time, time zone etc. Now add meeting invite's, CRM will by default show all the associated contacts first followed by other users.
Step 4: Only Contact that are associated can be picked at this step while adding invitee i.e. contact should be associated to company in order to add meeting. New email ID cannot be added while creating meeting.
Step 5: Once meeting has been added same can be viewed and actioned on Web Browser or App. Also you can choose to make edits by clicking on 3 dots on left side as indicated below
