How to connect Ozonetel with Kylas CRM?

This article will help you walkthrough with the steps on how to sync Ozonetel with Kylas CRM.

Prerequisites

Permissions Any user with access to the Kylas account API key or Access to Kylas  Marketplace.

Step by Step Process

1. Initial Installation
Click on the Install app button.
Sign in to your account and proceed further.
Listing page with all the required permissions will appear , Click on Allow and Install.
Post the installation process, complete the signup and verify your email address.

2. Setup
a) Once the application has been installed, go to the API keys section and add the Kylas API key. (You can locate the Kylas Api key in the settings dashboard under Integrations.)

b) Go to the Manage Users section> Add User.



Note - Every user will receive the verification email , once they acknowledge and verify the same, they would be able to function with the application.

c) Post adding the users, you need to connect your account. Go to the Connected accounts section and click on "Add connected account".

 

d) Select the vendor to Ozonetel and add in all the associated details.
 (Add the Ozonetel Username and the live running campaign name.)


How to find the Ozonetel API KEY?
Login to your Ozonetel account and navigate to the  edit profile section, you'd be able to locate the API key. Copy and paste it on the Kylas Caller app.
  


e) Upon saving you will generate the Webhook (Hangup URL) that you would need to paste in your Ozonetel account.



f)  Furthermore, you would need to map the agents. ( Ozonetel agents with Kylas agents.) Click on View agents > Add agents.

g) Listing page to fill the user detail would appear. Map the Ozonetel user with the user present in Kylas Caller application.
How to add the Agents in Ozonetel?
Creating Agents and assigning permissions is one of the primary tasks of an Administrator. In order to create agents, the add agent form has to be filled, the steps and fields are explained in detail below.

(a)Login to your Ozonetel account.
(b) Navigate to the home page
(c) Under configurations> agents.

d) Click on "Add an agent" in the extreme right at the top corner.
e) Listing page with the agent details would appear, add all the details> save.

Agent Name (required)Can be the same as the Agent ID if required

Priority (required)Agent Priority based on skill level as to whom the inbound call should land first. Priority 1 is the highest
Agent Modes (required)
One mode needs to be selected
  • Inbound: Inbound call only
  • Manual: Outbound call
  • Preview: Outbound call with preview options to view customer numbers that are dialed by the system
  • Progressive: Outbound calls that are dialed sequentially by the system
  • Blended: Agent who can handle both Inbound and Outbound calls
 Skills are defined to specifically group Agents to enable intelligent call routing. A Sub-Admin role can be created to manage a specific skill. Skills can be created based on the language agents speak, or the department they are represent. The more well-defined skills there are, the better the chance of connecting the customer with the right Agent.
