How to connect your Google / Outlook Calendar to create online Meetings?

This article will cover points to connect your Google / Outlook Calendar to create online Meetings, Once a meeting is scheduled using Kylas CRM, then an invite email is sent to all the invitees (Kylas users/ contacts/ leads) of the meeting. Below are the steps to complete this action.

Prerequisites

Permissions:  CRM settings dashboard > Communication
Product Plans: Elevate
Activities to be Completed: None

Steps

Step 1: Navigate to CRM Settings > Dashboard > Communication > Calendar Settings > Connect Calendar



Step 2: Please select a calendar account, to start syncing your events and other activities



Step 3: Choose to sync with either Google / Outlook Calendar



Step 4: Click on respective option & follow step to connect & sync as shown on UI





Step 5: Give / Allow requested permissions wherein, Kylas wants access to your Google Account to start syncing your events and other activities





Step 6: Once connected, you have a provision to disconnect or connect more accounts.



Note that, steps to sync "Outlook Calendar" is also the same, just allow permission where required & click on "Continue"

Step 7: While creating meeting CRM will auto pick the contact associated with entity, for example if you wish to schedule meeting for a new lead, click on meetings button on right side (productivity tool), new page will pop up all details. Just add the meeting details & click on "Save"







Step 8: On CRM you get a option to directly click on "Join" button & start meeting 






Notes:
1. Click on 3 dots to get more meeting related details
2. If connected with Gmail it will show "Join" button on UI
3. Provision to copy meeting link is also given
4. Option to "Mark as Complete" on done
