How to integrate Lead Capture form to a website?

To integrate the Lead Capture Form on your website and start capturing leads from your website visitors, follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Copy the script (without the <div> tag) and add it on pages of your website (especially on the landing page). It will help you to capture the UTM parameters from URL to capture the parameters value when a Lead is created.



Step 2 - Copy the Script along with <div> element and paste it on your desired place in the HTML website to showcase the form to the end customer who is visiting the website



Step 3 - You should be able to see the Lead capture form on your website after step 3. 

This will show the lead capture form on your website and when your customers visit the website and submit their information, the Leads will be created in your Kylas account along with the UTM parameters that are captured from landing page URL.
