In Kylas CRM, Reassign Deal allows you to transfer ownership of a deal from one user to another within your organization. This ensures that the right person is always responsible for follow-ups and deal progression.

Before you can reassign a deal:
You must have the “Reassign Access” permission enabled for Deals in your user role.
You must be logged in to Kylas CRM.
If you do not see the “Reassign” option, please ask your admin to provide the required access.
Follow these quick steps:
From the left menu, click on Deals.
You will land on the Deal Listing Page.
Each deal in the listing page shows an options menu (three dots ⋮) next to it.
Next to the specific deal, click on the three dots menu.
In the options shown, click Reassign.
A popup will appear allowing you to choose a user from the organization.
Select the user you want to transfer the deal to
Click Reassign
The deal will now be reassigned to the selected user.
