How to send bulk WhatsApp messages to leads/contacts using Kylas native WhatsApp?

Prerequisites:

Profile Permissions:
WhatsApp Business -> Read All & Update All permissions
WhatsApp Template -> Read & Update permissions
You Business WhatsApp account should be connected in the Native WhatsApp Business -> Account Details





Step 1: Select the Leads/Contacts from Lead/contact listing page then you will find the Native WhatsApp Icon. Click on the WA Icon then you will find the "Send WhatsApp Message" window. then you find the "Send WhatsApp Message" window to send the WhatsApp message on the selected Leads/Contacts.






Step 2: In the opened "Send WhatsApp Message" window you will be able to see the "Send To", "WhatsApp Account" and after selecting the WhatsApp account then you will be able to see available WhatsApp templates on that entity. In "Send To" field you can select the option of Phone number on which you want to send the WA message, there are two options 1. Primary Phone number, 2. All Available Phone numbers. If you want to send WA message on the Leads/Contacts primary/existing one phone number then select "Primary Phone number" and if you want to send WA message on all available phone numbers on that entity then select "All Available Phone numbers".









Step 3: In "WhatsApp Account" field, you will be able to see the connected Business WhatsApp accounts in Native WhatsApp Business -> Account Details. Once you will select the WhatsApp account in "WhatsApp Account" field then you will be to select the WhatsApp templates available.




Step 4: Once you select the WhatsApp account in "WhatsApp Account" field then In "Template Name" field you will be able to see all WA templates available on that entity. Select any Templates from the available templates. Once you select the template, you will be able to see the preview of that template message. Then you can able to send the WhatsApp template on all selected Leads/Contacts by click on the CTA - Send.









Step 5: Once you send the selected WA template on all the selected entities(Leads/Contacts), then you will see the pop-up message - Bulk Job for WhatsApp message has been created successfully (Job ID: 1234). After sending the WA message on the selected Leads/Contact, you will be able to see the Bulk Jobs gets created automatically in Data Management -> Bulk Jobs. You can see their Job ID, Entity, Operation, Number of Records, Succeeded records, Failed records, Summery File, Status, etc.
