How to send automated WhatsApp message using Kylas native WhatsApp? 

Prerequisites:

WhatsApp Business -> Read All & Update All permissions
WhatsApp Template -> Read & Update permissions
Automation -> Workflow -> Create, Read All & Update All permissions
You Business WhatsApp account should be connected in the Native WhatsApp Business -> Account Details





Step 1: To send automated WhatsApp messages using Kylas Native WhatsApp, then you need to create Workflow for this automation. Create a Workflow on which entity(Lead/Contact entity) you want to send the WhatsApp message. Click on the CTA - Add Workflow. After clicking on the Add workflow, Create Workflow page will get open.





Step 2: On Create Workflow page, Name the workflow and select the entity(Lead/Contact) on which you want to send the automated WhatsApp message through Kylas Native WhatsApp. Set Action type and trigger preference. After selecting the Action Type, you will able to select immediate action/Delayed action to be performed.





Step 3: When you Set Action Type & Trigger preference then you can set conditions on entity, on which entities you want to send WhatsApp message. Either on All Leads/Contacts or with some entities only(Leads/Contacts). Once you select the All Leads/Set Condition, and condition got satisfied, then you can set Actions to be Performed. Select "Send WhatsApp Message" Action in "Actions to be Performed" field.





Step 4: After selecting the action "Send WhatsApp Message", you will get Send WhatsApp Message - CTA in front of that field, click on that Send WhatsApp Message - CTA. You will find the "Send WhatsApp Message" window to set the Template for Automated WhatsApp messages. In "Send WhatsApp Message" window, you will find the "Send To", "WhatsApp Account" fields.





Step 5: Once you click on Send WhatsApp Message, you will find "Send To" field on which you can select on which phone number you want to send the automated WhatsApp message. There are two options Records Primary Phone number and Record All Phone numbers. After selected the Phone number, you will find the field named "WhatsApp Account" in which you will find the all connected Business WhatsApp accounts and you can select any WhatsApp account in the field.















Step 6: After selecting the WhatsApp account, you will able to select the templates available on that entity(Lead/Contact). Select the Template which you want to send on that entity in "Template Name" field. After selecting the Entity(Lead/Contact), you will be able to see templates preview and Hit CTA - Save to save.










Step 7: After selecting the Template in workflow, you will find the Template in place of CTA - Send WhatsApp Message. Click CTA - Save & Activate to Save and Activate the workflow. After Save & Activate, you will find this workflow on Workflow listing page. On Workflow listing page, will find Associated Entity type, Status (Active/Inactive), Trigger Count, etc.
